From shattered story to radiant purpose.

I am Junin Buys, a woman shaped by unimaginable pain – childhood abuse, the murder of my mother at 17, the deaths of my brothers, and years of carrying burdens too heavy for any child. But by the grace of God, I rose. I healed. And I turned my pain into purpose.

Today I stand as a transformational leader, motivational speaker, trauma-healing advocate, and founder of Rise & Radiate – a movement created for every person who feels unworthy, unseen, broken, or forgotten.

Rise & Radiate and who I am

I started Rise & Radiate because I know the sound of breaking and the miracle of rising again. This movement was born on the day I decided my pain would no longer be my prison, but my power – for every person who has ever whispered, “God, is there more to my life than this?” and needs to hear that His answer is yes.

I built this movement from the ashes of a life that tried to silence me, for the ones silently drowning in their own stories. I want to awaken the fighter, the dreamer, the survivor and the hidden leader inside people, turning scars into testimonies, wounds into wisdom and broken pieces into blueprints for becoming.

I am a woman who has walked through fire and came out carrying light for others – a story stitched together by God, proof that He can turn tragedy into testimony. I am a survivor who became a storyteller, a leader who rose from loss, and a voice for those still finding their own. I am not who the pain tried to make me; I am who God designed me to become.

Why Rise & Radiate was born

Rise & Radiate began in the darkest parts of my story – not in success, but in suffering. It was born from trauma, heartbreak, loss, abuse, deep grief, identity crisis, faith restoration and a decision not only to survive but to rise.

I bring personal lived experience, biblical truth, trauma-informed emotional healing and transformational leadership training into every room. My style is raw, real, relatable and Spirit-led – holding space for pain while calling people into purpose.
