From shattered story to radiant purpose.

I am Junin Buys, a woman shaped by unimaginable pain – childhood abuse, the murder of my mother at 17, the deaths of my brothers, and years of carrying burdens too heavy for any child. But by the grace of God, I rose. I healed. And I turned my pain into purpose.

Today, I stand as a transformational leader, transformational and motivational speaker, healing advocate, and founder of Rise & Radiate—a movement created to help people who feel unworthy, unseen, broken or forgotten rise beyond their pain, rediscover their identity and step boldly into purpose.

Rise & Radiate and who I am

I started Rise & Radiate because I know the sound of breaking and the miracle of rising again. This movement was born on the day I decided my pain would no longer be my prison, but my power – for every person who has ever whispered, “God, is there more to my life than this?” and needs to hear that His answer is yes.

I am a transformational and motivational speaker, and I incorporate faith into my talks as part of a healing, purpose-driven message.

I built this movement from the ashes of a life that tried to silence me, for the ones silently drowning in their own stories. I want to awaken the fighter, the dreamer, the survivor and the hidden leader inside people, turning scars into testimonies, wounds into wisdom and broken pieces into blueprints for becoming.

I am a woman who has walked through fire and came out carrying light for others – a story stitched together by God, proof that He can turn tragedy into testimony. I am a survivor who became a storyteller, a leader who rose from loss, and a voice for those still finding their own. I am not who the pain tried to make me; I am who God designed me to become.

Why Rise & Radiate was born

Rise & Radiate began in the darkest parts of my story – not in success, but in suffering. It was born from trauma, heartbreak, loss, abuse, deep grief, identity crisis, faith restoration and a decision not only to survive but to rise.

How I Serve

I bring lived experience, powerful storytelling, practical life lessons, emotional healing and transformational leadership into every room. My approach is raw, real, authentic and relatable, creating space for people to acknowledge their pain while empowering them to rise beyond it, rediscover their identity and step boldly into purpose.

As a transformational and motivational speaker, I don’t simply seek to inspire people for a moment. I want to awaken something deeper—courage, hope, healing and lasting transformation that continues long after they leave the room.
